Unwanted service

They have a habit of giving unwanted services on the prepaid connections. They installed Cricket updates, bajjans without confirmation from our end.

I called their service centre and complained against it all the three times. Then they take 3 days to deactivate thus making money and mockery of us.

I would like to know how to go about this as in comparison the amount lost is very small, but many people may lose money when they do not notice it.
