I have a Airtel prepaid mobile - 9663075574

On 14/11 I received the following message on my mobile and went for recharge :

75=75! Recharge with RC 75, get Rs75 Full talk time. Get Rs 66 instantly and balance Rs.9 (in special account valid for 10 days) in 48 hours. For details, call 14167. – Message received on 14/11 @ 10:33 hours.

ERecharge made on 14/11 @ 18:54 Hrs. Talk time Rs.66.00 MRP Rs. 75. Trans ID 992745194.

On complaint with the customer service through the mobile. The following message received from Air tel on my mobile - 9663075574.

Thank you for contacting airtel. Your request reference number is CBNRA31116057357 From: AA-Air tel on 16/11 @ 12:12 hrs. After this nothing has happened. Please guide me.
