Duplicate SIM request and poor service

Airtel provides poor customer service to its postpaid customers. I have taken new duplicate SIM, after activation it worked for two weeks. Suddenly Airtel was activated my old SIM card, which I have destroyed after new SIM activation. I called customer care they have not understanding my problem and also my phone is dead from past week. Now they are telling me to visit outlet and submit documents for collecting another SIM card. For each SIM card they are charging Rs. 50 and also I am paying unnecessary rental and call charges from my landline.

Airtel is provides very poor customer service and charging unnecessary to their customers!
