Sudden change of Tariff plan without intimation

I am using Airtel prepaid and was under 1ps/2 sec plan for which I used to recharge for Rs. 37. But yesterday (31-May) I suddenly noticed that there is more than Rs. 1 cut for each call (after calling customer care they told1.5 Rs). This was not even communicated to me and I was not enrolled to any of such tariffs earlier. After calling customer care they are saying sorry and asking me to recharge again for Rs. 37. But my question is how can they change the tariff without intimating me, I lost about 200 Rs in a single day because of this.

Wanted a proper resolution for this issue.
