ZONG facility

Hello. I use the zong facility in my airtel phone to make online payments.

But yesterday while upgrading my membership in a website using zong, the process couldnt be completed.

Everytime i texted ZONG to the number specified, Rs.3 was deducted from my airtel account. But the actual payment didnt happen and i couldnt upgrade my membership in that website. Today when i try again it shows 'spending limit reached'.I dont have a credit/debit card to use.

So please tell me how to increase my zong spending limit in airtel account.
