UNAUTHORIZED DEDUCTIONS FROM PREPAID CONNECTIONS

In the space of last nine months, on my wife's Airtel mobile number 99025-35042, there has been three instances of unauthroized deductions. I took up with Airtel. After lots of follow up, they accepted the complaint's in the first two instances and refund the deducted amount.
