Hi,

My name is Uttam Kumar S using #9972692414. I changed prepaid to postpaid. The Airtel Employees working in Infosys Technologies, Electronic City are cheating customers by saying per day 100 sms free but while I get the bill I came to know that 100 sms per month. This made me sad and I again changed to prepaid. But I request you to Refund my Amount which was deducted for Value Add Services Rs.598.94 which I need to pay to convert from Postpaid to prepaid.
