Deactivation of landline even after payment of bill

sir,

i have paid my landline bill of last two months, even then they have disconnected our landline and broadband connection, we have given many complaints but they are activating for one day and again disconnecting it we have been suffering a lot of it and they are harassing us

we will happy to seek your help to get out of this issue
