Hi,

I had issues logging into the online portal of Airtel. So i called up cust care and they promised to send me a soft copy of itemized bill. Later the supervisor calls me today and states that they wont be able to send it until i subscribe for email copy..Why was it promised then??

Secondly, i requested them not to change the password as the issue was not with password and that i had tried resetting it about 10 times. Inspite of that Airtel goes ahead and resets the password with out my consent.

I had called in for a query on SMS package. The rep who attended the call stated that the application is down and asked me to call after 4 hours. Meanwhile the package is activated without taking an authorization from my end.

It is becoming a serious concern now as the problem not just lies with the frontline rep, but also with the managers as i have had just bad cust service experiences. They dont let you speak nor try to help you out as a customer. You ask for some information and they deviate from the topic and talk about something else.

I just get frustrated...
