This is to notify the concerned people that few days back on 27/11 I got a call from the Airtel Koromangala Branch to convert the prepaid connection to post paid. They sent a person to me to collect all the related documents and 300rs for the postpaid connection. Till date They have not converted to Postpaid and when I try calling them over the numbers they are not entertaining my Queries. The only answer to all question is taht we will soon call u back... god knows how soon.

The sales person named"Kotresh" collected all teh documents and promised to deliver within 2 days. I want to register a compalin against him for false promise and cheationg the client.

Please look into the matter and get it resolved soon. I want a solution either convert the connection or refund my money back.
