Balance Deduction with out my knowledge

Hi

I have a deduction of 120/- at random within 15 minutes. I asked customer care people they asked me wait till 27 January. And again and again some Service reply is coming and they are deducting my balance. This is a prepaid connection and how can i stay without balance as i use this number for official use. my complaint number is CBDCC30123178070

Consider this complaint as high priority. As i need to keep balance in this phone. And please make this service request off from my phone. And try to revert My balance back as soon as possible.
