Cant stop Free wall pape

For some reason everyday i get a message saying "You are enjoying free wallpaper @ Re.1/day. To stop sms stop to 121". I dont want this service and i have never even activated for this service and i cant even stop it, i get this message from 55381, So can you please stop this service as i am paying Rs 31 a month for something i dont want. My phone No is 91-9902696873. Please stop this free wallpaper as soon as possible.
