Problem with number porting

Dear Sir,

I am KiranKumar S. and In the first week of February, i initiated the process of number porting of my reliance cdma no. 9379942780 to airtel. Submitted all supporting documents as well.

Till now i did not receive any confirmation of either initiation nor completion. Called up the customer care for several times and executive always say the porting is successful. Some times customer care is totally not reachable. They asked me to dial 123 and choose the language and i tried dial 123, it says check the network services.

I am totally pissed of with customer care people. Please help me regarding this.
