Airtel cheap trick to get you ported

Hi,

This is harish my number is 7795357386, I was in docomo network few weeks back, I thought of porting my number to airtel as one of my friend said even aitel has 10p/min offer..So to confirm i called Airtel MNP toll free number which is flashed on every channel Advertising to get ported to airtel.

One of the execuitve confirmed there is a back end offer and you can activate it by calling 198 and it will take 48 hours to activate this offer..The next day i went to airtel showroom K.R.Puram to fill the formalities to port to airtel there also i confirmed about that 10p/min offer even he said the same thing..I belived there words and got ported..After porting i did make a call to 198 it got routed to Shasikala and she took the complaint but the issue was not resolved in 48 hours again i called 198 yelappa gowda received my call again took the complain..to my surprice my number was blocked by yelappa gowda and after that call i was not able to call any coustem care excuitive, I went to airtel show room K.r.puram to ask him about this offer he was helpless and dint respond properly repeateadly saying contact coustmer care.from other airtel number…

finally i called to toll free Airtel MNP number again (180010311111) Finally my number got connected to CSC my call was routed to ASAH (SME) she Finally said that 10p/min offer can not be activated to my number as i am new to airtel…and should wait for 3 months..

In such a horriable was they cheated me and blocked my number to call any coustmer care…PLS Take a strict action against this AIRTEL CHEATERS…Now i am paying 30p/min which is 3time more than what i used to pay to DOCOMO..
