My sim card is not functioning

Dear sir

Hi i am kalpana i m using airtel prepaid sim card my mobile number is8105564576.

I have a complaint that my number was working till 7-00am on14-4. After that suddenly my mobile is displaying as insert sim wats wrong with this sim card. I had been to nearby outlet which is located in indiranagar. And spoke to the concern person, but my issue dint get sorted out pls do something or else i have to take serious action on behalf of this issue.
