Daily deduction of Amount

I have a daily deduction of Rs. 2/-, when i have ask the nodel officer intial it was told to me that it is for profile manager activation, then i requested to cancel it, and i myself had stop the services by sending sms to 121, but still the amount is dedcuted from my balance, thrice i have call to nodel officer not dout it was reverted to me but still it is been dedcuted. the dection is Rs. 2/- but to get this Rs. 2/- i have to spend Rs. 10/- explaining to the nodel officer. and the biggest problem is i am not able to call coustmer care officer at 121, 198, and 9845098450 from past 25 days.
