Worst customer service cheate

My airtel no is 9008825911. I got a call from customer care that they ll provide nice plan for 199 i opted for same. But they didn't provide that plan. Repeated complaints also waste. Have restricted 5 complaints all no response. Its the worst customer service i have seen. Its better if they close company than cheat its customers
