Unauthorized Hello Tunes activation!

This is not the first time that the consumer forum has been getting complaints for activating unnecessary services. Yet, the Hello Tunes menace has been the worst experience hitherto. They activate it without our confirmation and deduct money from the prepaid balance. Due to the deduction, calls to the Customer Care are not connected too. Don't know why such things are happening.
