Deducted money without my consent

I got a message from airtel that "thank you for activating astrology services, so we are deducting... from your account" and my account got deducted by a significant amount of money. I dont know why they did this as i have not activated any such kind of service. and this has happened to me two -three times previously also. i had called customer care and they had said that from next time it would not happen. but everytime it is happeing. thats y i am raising this complain. this is not the way to run the business and make money. u cant fool people by deductong money without their affirmation.

please take some serious action against airtel.
