MNP request still not serviced

Hi,

I placed a MNP request to shift from BSNL to Airtel on 10th Sep'11.

UPC code BX628388 (mobile: 9483196391).

I have given all documents and also got the new SIM from the relation ship center. But so far no intimation nor details about the request.

Contacted customer service but got a reply that it might still be under process (but they could not confirm).
