Pathetic handling of services

Around first week of July, I had raised a service request for transferring my AIRTEL fixed line (and broadband) connection to my new address. Both the houses (old and new houses) are within the same compount just few meters away. Till today (September 20th), no action has been taken in this regards. Forget action, nobody from the backend department or customer care even bothered to call me up and enquire.

This even after making umpteen calls to the Customer care (around 7 service requests) and even some mails to 121@airtel.in

And funny thing they are sending me monthly bills and enquiring about when I'll pay them. Actually I should be getting the compensation for all the follow ups, inconvenience and agony caused to me & my family. CONSUMER COURT???
