Hi this is manikandan

AIRTEL customer support is very poor. they did not give a message when they change the booster plan. the always change the benefits of the plan. if they are change the benefits means they have to inform the customer. but they are not.

before the plan is 39 with the benefit of 4000 local and national sms free and 0 talktime. that was the good plan. but now the plan is 52. 100 local/national sms per day.

since they did not intimate the change of benefits for the plan 39. that is for 39 booster pack we can send only local sms.

i lost my money rs.39.

so very poor customer support.
