Excess bill and unethical and irresponsible behaviou

I have a long outstanding issue regarding excess bill and its subsequent activities sponsored by airtel. Though i had contacted several person from airtel regarding this no one is sincere enough to resolve the same. I had already pasted my complete issue in another thread.
