Charged without intimation

Hi, my mobile no is9663950807..i had switched to postpaid from prepaid previously... this month is am getting a bill of 8500..on enquiry i am been told that i have 7000 from net usage, further 1500 for calls.calls i agree but internet i totally dont agree..i have a plan of 299 per month but my credit limit is 2000 how come i get a bill of 8000 without any intimation..
