False Promises by Airtel

Hi,

When I wanted to port out of Airtel to Aircel because of their standard one paise for two seconds offer, Airtel called

back offering something similar. It's been one and a half months and my tariff hasn't changed.

The scheme promised was

Half paise per second to airtel

Two paise per three seconds to non airtel

Hundred free messages per day at no initial cost

Retentions said this would be activated 5 days from when I cancelled my porting request, which was on september 30th.

The last person who called me took details down and promised it'l be done by Monday, the seventh of November.

Nothing has changed.
