Dear Sir,

After implementation of new billing system all bills are inflated and you will be forced you to pay those.

Today, I got a call from the Airtel office (Achutha M S – Airtel Karnantaka) to settle my account by Paying Rs. 3000 (Actual Amount) in place of Rs. 7500.(According to them) and agreed that they had problems with billing systems. Also, he agreed to reconnect my broad band Service with in next 48 Hrs. but now they are forcing me to make the remaining payment and till that time my broad band service will not be reconnected.
