Internet 2G package complaint

Sir,

Myself sunil and my airtel prepaid number is 9663070557. i activated 2G @Rs98 package for 1GB. i was used this service yesterday for around 30 mins and airtel has deducted 1GB balance and Rs 190 approx in this duration of usage. when i called costumer care for returning my money they have not listened my complaint and disconnected the call. i already have lost my Rs190 and still they are keep on deducting my money. They are also not rectifying my problem. i have faced the same problem last month also and that time airtel has deducted Rs300. please help me on this.
