Recharge amount not credited

I have recharged my airtel prepaid number with 333 through on line. The amount got deducted from my account. And I have recieved a message from Airtel saying that recharge is done, please check the balance after some time. When i called to customer care they given some date and time and told within that time they will resolve the problem and i well get my amount back. But i didn't get. Whenever i am calling they will tell some other date. But i didnt get my money back. And now whenever i am calling to customer care they are disconnecting the call without an proper response. Please solve my problem and help me to get my money back.
