Money deduction with out prior consent

Airtel is sending messages regarding activation of several services like combo, videotalkies etc..and then money is getting deduced from account.

While calling to the customer service either they are disconnecting the number or not attending. My mobile number is 9611190421.

I feel very bad to see such a irresponsible behavior from airtel and I am sure that if they could do this to me they can cheat thousands of poor and illiterate people in India. Please try to prevent this tyrannical and unjust behavior of the corporate world.
