Outgoing barred even after re-submission of documents

Hi

I got an Airtel sim 10 days back. I was asked to resubmit my documents which i did on the 19th of this month. Even then my outgoing was barred 2 days back.

Yesterday i talked to the customer care executive he said it will be activated within 24 hours. Today i called he said it will be activated within an hour.

Now even the customer care is not responding and my outgoing is barred.

How can airtel be so careless regarding the documents?

I am facing so many problems as my outgoing is barred and i can't even talk to the customer executive. They are not picking up from my number.

This is so irresponsible behaviour from Airtel. If they can be so specific about get the outgoing barred they should also be specific about enabling it.

Really bad service from Airtel!
