Change of Tariif and Improper Service

Respected Sir,

Myself Dinesh, I here by inform you that I am using an Airtel prepaid Sim from 5 Years, No: 9901289629. In Mid December I opted for a Port out because of no good tariffs. And when I quoted an Request to 1900 for porting, I received a call from Airtel Customer Executive telling me a new Tariff which is, Airtel to Airtel 10 ps/min, Airtel to others 30 ps/min and tariff validity is for 180 Days. I opted for this tariff and i was happy with it, but all of sudden in Mid January Tariff was changed to 60 ps/min to all Mobiles without my concern and at least not even a single confirmation msg from them. When i asked about it to the customer executives they were telling me that My tariff validity has been expired. At first they owed me this Tariff for 180 days, but it was changed in 30 days.

And again when I Lodged a Complaint on Mid January based on by change of tariff, They gave me my tariff which is Airtel to Airtel 10 ps/sec, Other Mobiles 30 ps/sec on 22nd of January. But again by January 24th my tariff was changed to 1.2ps/sec to all Mobiles, which is 80 ps/min. And since then I am requesting for my tariff but of no use. They hold my call and they will disconnect it again, when i question about it they that its a technical problem, but once or twice it can be technical problem but every time i call them my call will be Disconnected and I am not getting my Tariff.

Opting out of Airtel now is not a Problem to me, But They Have Cheated Me on my Tariff Plan and I want to teach them a Lesson.
