Deducting money from my pre-paid account for no reason

Hi Niranjan,

I am using Airtel pre paid service since 3 years for the same 09740410038.

Two days back i raised the request for the GPRS. But i have not use the service till today. But from day when i activated currency is deducting for no reason and it becoming zero balance every time when i recharged after a few mints. I called to Airtel executive .. Response i have got is sucking. Can any one help me to take legal action against crap Airtel providers (Suckers).
