Conversion of connection from prepaid to postpaid

I am maj mamta. i have got airtel prepaid connection and no is 7259650636. i have filled the application to convert it into postpaid connection on 25 mar 11. they assured me to convert within seven days. now today it is one month it has not been done. i am so much troubled as if i get recharged my phone and it get converted it will go waste. daily i am getting small recharge oupens and daily i am contacting them but all in vain.i have deposited rs 300/- also . give me my money back i will go to bsnl . airtel is bakwass...
