Can't Port-out from Airtel to Smart

Sir,

I am using airtel netwok from last 2 years or more but now airtel service so expensive & poor network quality that I am interested to portout from airtel. but I can't portout from it. It is showing that your porting is already in progress, you can't portout for 6 months. But why? Airtel cannot bear my extra cost... so sir please find-out this problem, I am in big trouble.
