Charge for Taliking to Customer Care

I have a Airtel Mobile Connection and the No is 9901522733, Recently i called to Customer Care of Airtel for inquiring about DND, that was registered on 10th June I got shocked by listening to that i will be charged 50PS for 3 minutes for talking to Customer Care Service, I wanted to Know from the Airtel that for what purpose we will call to your Customer Care Center- i think if we have any problem with your Service only we will call, if you give Good service why we call, i think this is the Only company which charges for Talking to Customer Care Service, No body will call your Customer Care Centre to Pass their TIME, Please Take Proper Action against to this, and let me know.
