Egarding auto activation of services and susequent deduction from balance

Myself kaushlendra kumar, I am airtel mobile service user. On 20th of oct (1:03 pm) a massage appears on my mobile that my AIRTEL LiveTV sevice has been activated and 40 Rs has been deducted from my accont, although i have not subscribed any such service. I called to cutomer care people twice (deepak sharma and vikash) to inquire about how this could happen without my knowledge? they told me that I have subscribed the service but i havnt. I told them to let me talk to their senior, call was tranferred but no one picked up. I request you to take appropriate and prompt action against the concerned people. My mob no is 8809241641
