Excessive billing. Introduction of paid services without consent etc

I am a very old customer of airtel prepaid mobile services my cell No. being 9831068991 . Airtel authorities have been introducing various paid services like chat services, movie services etc to my mobile without my consent and liking. The only paid service I opted for long back is Luxmi bandana as my caller tune which also they keep on changing regularly unilaterally so that they may charge me afresh. In October I had to lodge complaint before you for restoration of my Luxmi bandana caller tune.

I sent an e-mail on 24.04.2011 to the Nodal Office, kolkata for redressal of my grievances. No one so far contacted me no anything done so far.
