Detect my balance

My last recharge is (Rs 1500/-) my airtel prepaid number 919818533605 with Rs.somthing 450 and got around Rs 300 as my balance and after 2-3 day (my phone was kept idle i.e. i made no calls, no messages and even no usage of GPRS). And on 09-01-11 my balance was reduced to Rs.200 (my phone was kept idle i.e. i made no calls, no messages and even no usage of GPRS). When I called the Customer Care (121) it said that "hm aapki baat costomer care adhikari se kare rahe h kirpya online rahe and the call ended.

plz solve my issue
