Number portability

I have submited form for port my number from reliance to airter. as per airtel custmare care talking and airtlel outlet boor colony faridabad . it will take only seven day to port the number. but eleven days has been passed and my number did not work. they told me that your number will not work for only two hour at night. and now my number nither work in reliance network nor airtel network and when ever i complaint about it to custmare care and airtel outlet . they did not answered stisfactory and not solve my porblem. and now my number it dead and i have been suffering from it for four days
