Auto balance deduction

I am currently in gurgaon. My account balance is deducted automatically.at 1:47PM 5 rs is deducted from my account. I received a msg that i renewed voicecricket service.whan i call to customer care they said that I activated the service by today at 12PM... by dialing a no.

But I don't activate any service. One more thing If i activate the service by today how they can renew it today... Its a trick to trap annocent customer.. plz help me to get my balence and take action to this fraud company..my mobile no is 9729196306
