Fraud with consumers

Dear sir/mam

i have recharged my mobile phone airtel number 9650435200 with rs.200 for talktime but airtel shifted that money at 3g service without my concern. i have also called so many times but the customer care refuses to shift the money back in the account. No prior information was given to us regarding this.
