I was charged rs. 67000 for internet usage during the month of March. Bill read a discount of around 34000 against it. So my remaining amount to be paid was around rs. 32000.

I have been using this same number for 3 years and this was the first such incident. Airtel says (after all the escalations) that the charges are correct and they can maximum offer a discount of 4000 on it.

I have been on a 2g plan forever and the bill shows charges incurred on 3g network. When I have never activated 3g why my phone was allowed to use 3g services.

I have been harassed by the collection people for very long. My phone services have been barred.
