Value added services start with any confermation

Dear Sir

My airtel Prepaid No is 9818038563 and i am facing a problem last one year that any value added service start automatically without my confirmation and detect charges from my account. When i asked costumer care executive he tell me that you have make a call so at this time i am sure that i did not give any confirmation so please take some action and register my complain today i have talked with Airtel costumer Executive (Balveer and my reference No. 1625690 and time is 9:20 Dated-25-01)
