On Sun, 3 April 10:10:46 AM I sent following e-mail to 121@in.airtel.com

"Hi...

The reason to write this mail is that, I am in UAE on international roaming with above mentioned Airtel Number (9902001783).

Few days back my balance was Rs. 300 plus and now its show ZERO. Neither I used it nore did any subscription/activities. I want to know how you people deducted my credit with out any use? Please return my credit immediately.

I got following reply on Mon, 4 April 2:10:21 PM

Again my reply to them on Sat, 9 April 8:28:52 AM

"Today is 09-04 (as u promise to revert on 07-04), still I waiting for your reply."

since then I didn't get any reply. I think they don't have any justification for balance deduction. Neither they are replying me nore refunding. Where can I go for solution?
