Getting paid for those services which is not subscibed

Dear Sir,

My mother is being charged by the Airtel Mobile Service for all those additional paid services which she never opted for and she is not at all interested in any additional paid services of Airtel either. My mothers name is Sushma Purohit and her mobile no is 09630519071. My father has contacted Airtel office in Bhilai several times and told this matter to the Airtel staff. But even after repeated complaints the matter is not resolved. Please take stern action or suggest measures to sue Airtel authorities in this matter.
