Unauthorized deduction at the name of subscriptions of video parlou

Since 1 week i have been recieving a message everyday that Rs 5 has been deducted for subscriptions of video parlour... i never opted for this... and when i called complaint no. they have been ignoring my call... they are not responding... Either get my balalnce back and deactivate the service or Iam afraid that i have to switch my service provider...
