Not getting my balance after 27 hrs

Dear sir,

i recharged my number 9636193159 tomorrow 9.56 am.as i recharged i got E-recharged sms. i had urgent call.but when i call its not connected.then i checked my balance there is no balance.so after return to my room i call to customer care at 6.40 pm.he told that during some network problem u will not getting this. after 24 hrs of recharge u will get your balance.but right now i am not getting my balance.already its 1.04 pm.
