Airtel Harassing me

I am Shyam having mobile no. 9929222660 from airtel. From last six months they are adding 3G rental.to my bill.

When this happened for the first time I told them that the phone I use i.e nokia 1200 doesn't support GPRS&their is some mistake at your end. After some more efforts they deducted the charges & apologized this will not be repeated. But to my shock, same thing was repeated & has been repeating till date, every month they call me hundred of times I have to repeat the same thing to every one, but the problem is not coming to an end.

Know I feel tired & harassed. I never expected this from Airtel.
