Unnecessary charges

I m sahib choudhary with mobile number-9179817408 (airtel) is facing unnecessary charges, as instead of sms pack the charge is being deducted from my main account balance. and call charges being changed without informing and deducted 40 rupee...

also on calling complaint helpline no.198 they divert it to 121.

so plz take some step otherwise mnp is there... i can switch to other..
