Automatic activation of airtel services

There is automatic service activation in the nos. 9179348192 and 7869020082, they r charging and deducting money from my phone balance... Also there is very poor condition of customer care service of my area... Recently there was a service call and they said if u hav to activate frndz chat dial * but i didn't replied... after some time I received a messge saying 30/- is charged for Frnds chat... todat itself I got another msg for jobs on mobile service renewal. In my second no. they activated gurukul service and charging 30/- per month I tried each and every thing to deactivate but they said

"Kindly note there is no service active in ur phone"

Now I am really angry and frustated and I want my money back as soon as possible
